Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We are an independent boutique brand and we hope you find our products designed to the highest of standards. However, we understand that sometimes you need a different size, or change your mind. In these instances, you can return your product in exchange for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, you can contact us at hello@dubsuniverse.com and we'll be in touch with next steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns. Evri offer tracked 2nd class delivery from £2.62 (January 2023)

Please do not attach any tape or delivery labels directly to the packaging/box and please make sure that the box is suitably protected from the weather during transit.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods and/or packaging are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. We also withhold the right to deduct a £5 fee from any refund if the original box is damaged (tape/labels and stickers included). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To start the exchange process, you can contact us at hello@dubsuniverse.com and we'll be in touch with the next steps 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds will be credited to the original account that was used for purchase.
